Terms and Conditions  

By using the services of RRC Logistic, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them closely before placing any order or using any logistics service provided by RRC Logistic. 

1. Service Agreement:

 RRC Logistic will provide transportation, courier, and freight services. All bookings are subject to availability, and RRC Logistic will confirm your booking.

2. Booking and Payment:  

 Clients will have to provide accurate shipment details at the time of booking. Payments must be made in advance or prepaid as per the service contract. If the client does not make the payment in a timely manner, RRC Logistic may delay or cancel the service.

3. Delivery and Delays:

 RRC Logistic will, at its best efforts to honour scheduled delivery timelines. Delays could occur due to weather, traffic, government inspection or actions beyond the control of RRC Logistic. RRC Logistic is not liable for these delays.

 4. Liability and insurance:

 RRC Logistic is entitled to only limited liability to loss or damage of goods unless shown negligence. We recommend clients consider purchasing insurance for their shipment if there are high value items.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

If an order is cancelled and the client is eligible for a refund provided the order is cancelled within 24hours of booking. There will be no refund made once the shipment is in transit.

6. Restricted Items:

We will not transport hazardous substances, illegal substances, or restricted items in accordance with any applicable laws. The client acknowledges full responsibility for complying with any applicable laws for their shipments. 

 7. Governing Law:

This agreement will be governed by applicable laws in India and any disputes will be decided in a court in India in the jurisdiction of a proper court in India.
